Cofffee Lounge - Solihull

Me and my boyfriend popped in whilst doing some shopping and had the old school vanilla cake and it was amazing! So fluffy and delicious! The staff were also really friendly too! Will definitely be returning

I visited today with 2 friends, and was appalled at the service we received, the lady serving was on the phone when we approached, she didnt end her call, and after asking for our order, she rolled her eyes and laughed at us. And continued with her telephone conversation. She then proceeded to pick up one of the cheese rolls with her bare hands!! No gloves, no tongues! At this point the level of rudeness and obviously lack of sanitation lead us to tell her to leave it, and we walked away! She was still on her call, and seemed oblivious as to why we were leaving. Absolutely horrified! So rude! This place seems to have changed hands I used to come here regularly many years ago and it was lovely. I certainly wouldnt come again. Horrendous practices.

Came here while visiting Solihull with family. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s very pleasant atmosphere would recommend if you need a short stop off to rest your feet and have a coffee and a bite to eat.

I came to the coffee lounge today with my husband and I have never experienced such a lovely place . All the girls where do helpful and well mannered as you don’t get that anymore the food was beautiful and fresh and well portioned. They and the place its self should be a great credit to the owner . I will definitely be back

Came in this morning with my family and had such a lovely time! There were 3 girls on and they were all so polite and happy to help.All the tables were clean and the service was quick even though it was quite busy. The food was lovely and the muffins were delicious!!! I will definitely be coming again! Thank you Coffee Lounge!!!!!!
