My only complain was the restaurant said they don’t open until 7pm and we had booked a table for 5.30pm. They accommodated us so no real issue, but it could have been Thank you
The brasserie wasn't open when we arrived but they managed to sit us in the Bar area. The staff were really good but it obviously wasn't what we had booked for a mother's day meal.
Very odd... We booked a table for 6 of us at 7.30pm on a Friday. We were staying at the hotel, which was busy. There was noone else in the resturant the whole time. The rare steak was well done, bit was quickly corrected. The whole ordering by QR code seemed unnecessary as there were plenty of staff. The drinks came out wrong and when Iwntioned it I was told I'd ordered wrong. The barman came back later and corrected his mistake. It's a nice hotel with good facilities, just needs to pay attention to guests.
The restaurant had not long opened up after covid. The app for ordering food was not user friendly. The evening meal was poor and not to a restaurant standard. The wine was £10 for a 250ml glass ! The larger more reasonable at £4.50 bottle. Breakfast. We were shown to a dirty table, when we requested a different table the waitress gave us back chat. We did not have cooked breakfast , and the continental breakfast was okay, with a reasonable choose. The other two breakfast waiters were helpful and friendly.
