Waffle House - Shelby

The best thing about this Waffle House is the exceptional service. It is conveniently located near my office, so I often call in an order when I start to feel a bit hungry. The staff on the phone is always friendly and the service in the restaurant is just as personal. My food is always ready on time and my order is always correct. I especially enjoy the speck hashbrown dish, which is always cooked perfectly and comes in generous portions. If I feel like indulging, I add extra speck on top. The only downside is that the food can be quite greasy, but that's to be expected at a waffle house. I have never had any issues with the staff or the food, so I give them a perfect 5 out of 5 stars. Keep up the great work, Waffle House 2286!

Excellent dining experience. Despite being very busy, the service was quick. Jennifer was an outstanding waitress, very friendly and accommodating. She even helped us save money by adjusting our order, which was a pleasant surprise. The food was delicious as always. It was our first time at this particular Waffle House, but we will definitely be returning. Cheers.
