My wife and I ate at Pleasant City Wood Fired Grille for date night last night and it was amazing! We had an awesome salad to start and then shared 2 incredible pizzas. Just came from Pleasant city grill and the experience wasn’t great. Our waitress whom never gave here name was aweful, it was an African American woman. She never introduced herself so I don’t know here name. She didn’t bring us napkins, I had to go up to the counter and take napkins, never came once to see how we were doing. Never asked if we needed more drinks which we did. We needed more ketchup as well she never asked. She didn’t ask if we wanted desert and I would’ve got some too. Gave me the check and didn’t even look at me. Didn’t ask how the food was or anything. If I do go back I hope I don’t get served by here ever again. I purposely didn’t leave her that good of a tip. She would’ve got way more if she was more welcoming and nice, I usually leave 20% anytime I go out and eat. Also there was dirty tables all around us with old food and dishes piled up and the place wasn’t busy at all. The cheese steak was really dry but I will say the spinach and artichoke dip was good. The bbq pizza was solid but they barely put any onions and didn’t put any cilantro.
