Bidra med feedbackI was stuck for a bottle opener one evening to open my bottle of Non alcoholic beer at my mother's house across the street frim The Pub and the barman kindly lent me his bottle opener to open this beer, Erdinger.
Great place to watch a match. Doesn't do bells and whistles just does what it does and does it well. Staff are great.
Hidden gem! The sisters who own the pub are an absolute delight and the regulars are so welcoming. I had the best Guinness in Ireland here (just ask them what they added to mine to make it amazing . Ask for Anna's special, as well. We spent 3 hours just chatting with everyone before we headed back to Dromoland Castle for our stay. I can't wait to come back to Ireland to visit this pub again
This place is amazing! Small but so comfortable the owners will make you feel right at home! They have some amazing stories to tell and if in the area you must visit!
Fri. Jan 4th 2013. We were a party of five biding our time before two of the party returned to Canada after the Christmas holidays, on an early morning flight. Good fortune brought us to O 'Neills Bar in Newmarket-on-Fergus. The welcome was unanimous and warm and we were all made to feel at home. No entertainment needed, the craic was mighty and we were well looked after. It was fantastic to be able to experience good old fashioned Irish hospitality, with absolutely no strings attached, and driven by the matron of the bar who was working the room constantly, operating behind the bar and front of house. Well done O 'Neill 's. You are an example to many and unlikely to be equalled, even by the few. Brendan Graham, Cashel, Foxford, Co. Mayo
