Bidra med feedbackThis is NOT a chill, happy weekend bagel place. I have not had good experiences here on multiple occasions. On a recent Saturday morning, there was a big table piled with bags of to go and in person orders in the center resembling a huge trough of food and there are workers barking order numbers so loudly it's hard to have a conversation.A large iced coffee that was self serve cost $4.75, There was no half and half at the coffee bar but getting anyone's attention to refill the pitcher was a challenge. My everything bagel had a dusting of everything spice and didn't seem toasted even though I had ordered it toasted. The lox spread tasted like scallion spread with a few pieces of lox thrown in...it didn't taste like lox at all.So disappointing...
Recently started stopping here on my morning rides on the way to work and I must say, I have had good experiences so far. Food is always fresh and service is efficient even when they are busy. I tried the Late Riser breakfast sandwich today and 10/10 would recommend.
This is it, these are the NY style bagels that you want. They're fantastic and come with a generous shmear. The employees are friendly, and the coffee is always hot and fresh. Please note that they do get very busy at peak times. There will be a line and no tables available on weekend mornings. Annoyingly, it seems they turn off online ordering if they get too busy, so you can't even plan ahead.
All of the tables were dirty and nobody greeted me at the counter. Not a big fan of watching everyone dry sweeping where they make the sandwiches. An employee comes out of the bathroom and says she’ll find someone to help me. I see the BoarsHead sign so I’m willing to continue. Sandwich is ordered. Off to clean a table off so I can eat. Sandwich was good except for the mayonnaise. Still trying to get the mayonnaise taste out of my mouth.
I love that they have whole wheat everything bagels! And their traditional lox bagel is to die for, literally so much salmon and cream cheese :
