Starbucks - Severna Park

I love this location so clean and they have all types of tables for small to large parties. Some of the leather chairs are super comfy. Bathrooms are clean and service is great. WiFi worked fine and location is well lit

A lot of open floor. Not many individual tables, but does have a huge meeting table. Limited parking.

I’ve been stuck in this drive-through for the fifth time for 10+ minutes in one spot without any cars movie. Explain to me why when there is new change in management, things just terribly wrong waiting for drinks? The Starbucks inside giant is 10 times faster with two people working then this establishment.

I ordered my 2 drinks. I waited 20 mins for 1 and then I had to wait another 10 for the other. Takes way too long. They shouldn't have separated my drinks. It didn't make sense. And everyone there seemed flustered except the cashier. He was very friendly.
