Bidra med feedbackI have only been once, but I am a lifetime fan. Gabriele, the chef, has conjured pure magic with his dishes. His philosophy is to let the natural character of the seafood shine, complementing with other ingredient combinations only in service of highlighting aspects of what is already inherent. A small example ... A dish you cannot miss is Senigallia's famous clams, vongole. He prepares a delicious buttery sauce and to elevate flavours, adds a small amount of finely chopped fresh cuore di due tomato. We tried a starter containing tasters from the antipasto menu, really lovely. Mixed seafood fry tasty crunch. But the whole grilled Branzino fish with potato and olives was perfection. Prawns with spicy tomato and chickpeas also delightful. Recommended without hesitation.
Nice and cozy restaurant at the beach south of Senigallia. Menu is very rich and specialized of sea dishes. All very good and cozy. Extremely value fot the money!!
