Crolla's - Scottish Borders

Me and my family(3-9-12) ordered food at 18.50 pm over 2 hours later haven’t arrived yet...children have school tomorrow... it’s 21.32 pm I had back up Roast chicken and toasts Never ordered again specially you hang upon me twice to follow my order

Ordered our takeaway 5.14pm given a estimated delivery of 6.10pm then changed to 6.25pm which isn't a problem we expected to wait an hour however by 6.55pm no delivery! Contacted the restaurant to be told our order was just to be made up and should be with us in 20 mins!. Food arrived eventually at 7.30pm with the exception of the kebab which was only warm everything else was cold! As if it wasnt bad enough to wait more than 2 hours for our order to be delivered when I opened the door to take the delivery I found a child on my doorstep no more than 8 years old handing over my order and saying sorry it was late!!! Why is there a child delivering my food? There was an adult I could barely see in the distance watching the food being delivered! What kind of service do you operate with a child delivering food to strangers especially in these unprecedented times where we are in a pandemic? I am appalled by this and find this totally unacceptable!

Service was fine and staff pleasant enough. I had fish n chips which was tasty enough, fish looked as it had been recently fried. Down side is the stingy amount of chips with the fish. They need to address this. I will give it another go and if the same amount of chips, then I won't go back.

Absolutely disgusting customer service!!! We placed an order to be delivered and waited almost two hours to find some of our order missing and other parts of it wrong,waited another hour for it to be rectified before demanding a refund where we were told to ‘come get it!’ Wen we explained we couldnt drive we were told ‘walk, the fresh air will do you good!!! Horrible service from horrible arrogant people

We were in the town for a couple of days and couldn't be bothered to cook. Crolla's was the busiest takeaway in the town centre, always a good sign. We ordered two different 10 pizzas, which were done promptly and both filled and cooked well. Both were delicious.
