Starbucks Coffee - Sarasota

I get almost every single day the same drink, so I know how it looks like the majority of the time it comes out right, but if this one girl works, my drink never comes right, I don't know her name, but it's gonna be ridiculous to put her in a cup what I tell her, not how they drink it, it's not her drink

It literally took 25 minutes to have to iced coffee 's made. I was starting to think I was on Punked . The coffees were good but definitely not 25 minutes good.

I don't understand why are there so many people working and you can't either fill up the cup to the top it doesn't make any sense. I pay for a 1/2 a cup or a full cup of cappuccino.???

2 stars only because staff was friendly.I ordered a coffee Frappuccino with coconut milk. It tasted like they forgot to put in the coffee. Hardly blended with tons of chunks of ice. Basically inedible. I now know why the Dunkin’ Donuts had a long line and Starbucks had none.So bummed.

Loved the store and the baristas, with wonderful customer service and drinks! They are super nice, especially for dealing with other mean and impatient customers. They try their hardest! The only bad about the store was this lady who worked there she looked like the boss) with purple hair who was being very demeaning with one of the baristas there. They already looked stressed from the rush of people but my god the girl on drive looked like she was about to cry because of her yelling : Anyway come here
