Size of Pastries small.Commercial quality and costly.Ambiance good.Floor to ceiling glass windows give impression of being outside.True out door seating available. Great coffee just expensive pricing. There is a great atmosphere here where you can use your computer and log into their Wi-Fi. The staff is extremely friendly and that is why I like to come to the Starbucks. In addition to that it is easy to pull in and out of this parking lot compared to the other Starbucks in my area. If it was cheaper I would give 5 Stars. The drink included with my review is a venti Blended mocha Frappuccino and it cost me $7 because of the extra added espresso shot.
The service at this location is by far the best in (and out its industry. The entire staff makes it a point to get to know the customers. They have remembered not only my name and order, but my son's name and his very specific order. (Venti iced water in a grande cup ???? If at anytime a line forms, the manager is personally greeting, apologizing for the wait, and running her tail off to get everyone in and out. The drinks are better here, too. Maybe because I am extra happy when I leave or more likely because the baristas are meticulous about their art. Please stop in and see the crew.
I really like everything about this place, staff is so nice and always welcoming, they make every order with love without missing on any detail, seating inside is cute and cozy and the bathroom?s always clean. The only thing I wished is if outside tables were a little bit cleaner, but besides that everything else is perfect :
I took off my sunglasses to look the attendant in the eye, paid for what I bought, took 7 steps to get the order and when I went back to get my sunglasses that were on the counter, it was no longer there. It may have been an oversight on my part, but I didn't imagine that an employee could catch it in a matter of seconds, having security cameras. I asked them to see the security cameras, if they had seen it, I would have retrieved my glasses, the person was still inside. But they are not allowed to see. OK. There were 4 people inside the establishment, 1 attendant next to me when I removed my glasses and a man delivering boxes to Starbucks. Not for the price of being really expensive glasses, but because I need glasses to drive and I had to make a long trip after that without the glasses, and the review is to let them know that unfortunately there is an employee who may be taking other things. I hope that someone who took my glasses is happily wearing them. Put it to good use. ??
