I have frequented this location several times a month for the past 7 years as it’s right by my work. Never in my life have I been treated the way I just was by an employee. Whoever the man is running the shop today needs a major attitude adjustment. The way he spoke to the poor young woman who is an employee there and the way he spoke to myself and another customer is so uncalled for. I understand you’re busy and clearly overwhelmed, but you are still in the customer service business and should treat employees and customers with dignity and respect. I am appalled that he thinks it’s okay to treat customers this way. He quite simply is rude and extremely unprofessional. I run several businesses here in Sarasota and I would think long and hard about having this man as the face of your business at this location.

A container full of brown lettuce and they were going to actually try and put that on my sandwich. The veggies for the sandwich's were not fresh at this location and the container was full of brown lettuce. Please look over the veggies before ordering your sandwich. I did ask for fresh veggies and they did bring some more from the back. Service: Take out

Got a tuna sandwich and there was multiple very large sharp fish bones in it. I also gave some to my 4 yr old before I discovered that. Hoping neither of us swallowed anything because we’ve had stomach aches since eating part of the sandwiches Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
