Dunkin' - Sarasota

There was no waiting time. The ice cream coffee with almond milk and mocha was perfect. The old-fashioned donut was fresh. Mmmmm... fast as it should be. Good morning.

I encountered one of the most unprofessional staffs I’ve seen in a while. The food was below expectations and not worth the time or money. I will not be returning to this Dunkin'.

I had a wonderful experience at this airport Dunkin'. The service was exceptional, and the staff were friendly—definitely not what I usually expect in an airport, where many shops and restaurants often have rude employees. Just a heads-up: this Dunkin' doesn't accept Dunkin' Pay through the app, so be sure to have cash or a credit card on hand. Although the line was long, they were well-staffed and it moved quickly.

Terrible service and the staff is very disappointing. Same outcome no matter how many times i come. Confusion, multiple employees trying to work over each other at the drive through. Reached in my bad with bare hands to pull out my doughnut to make sure it?s the right kind. Just disappointed in general every time

Great. Friendly staff. And SRQ is the airport to fly when you live nearby. Smooth like silk in and around. As in time to step back, where everything was professional and polite. Except the TSA, sad.
