Bidra med feedbackBig lunch in downtown Sarasota! I ordered two rolls from the lunch menu for $15, this is a total deal! Both the spicy salmon roll and the veggie roll were made perfect! I hope to go back and try out one of their special roles because they looked crazy good! Not the cleanest restaurant, but in no case rough. Great decor, super cool to look around!
Stop taking some lunch with daughters, and this place has not been disappointed! We had the Sexy Lady (no hot sauce) and spider rolls with salmon sushi! The food was made fresh and it tasted fresh. The decor and mood of Drunken Poet is fun and quirky! Service was excellent! We're coming back!
I had Spring Rolls for an appetite suppressor, then Nippon Clear Soup and Spicy Basil with Chicken Thai hot for my entrée. I ate here a few years ago, I remember how good it was, and it was amazing again. Everything was delicious.
It was funny when we came in, it didn't strike me like the usual Thai or Sushi shop decoration, but rather like a pub with wood trim and a darker ambience. but there are books and spiritual tools, little Buddhas and what I think is Tibetan script everywhere! Our waiter was really sweet and patient, he led us through the menu when we were confused. the sushi was not as glittery as I lived at other sushi deposits, but the taste spoke for itself, especially for my husband, who had some tuna rolls of freshly caught fish! I had an avo roll and a daikon radish roll and they were delicious! everything on the menu was marked very clearly. Forgot to take photos:
We visited this beautiful restaurant in February and again when we returned to Sarasota for our honeymoon in June. Many vegan options and most menu items could be made vegan. Everything was fresh and the service was excellent at both visits! We visit this restaurant every time we visit! I had a vegan sushi roll, a touching fry noodle dish and some other items. All fabulous! I wish there could be 5 stars
