Roessler's - Sarasota County

Understated elegance, ambiance and decor. Beautiful views of many gardens and lovely landscape. Food choices are quite diverse and thoughtful. Food preparation was exactly what we expected and service was attentive and efficient. Would not hesitate to come here again. A truly special occasion experience

Although a bit of a “schlepp” from downtown Sarasota, Roessler's never fails in providing an exceptional dining experience. To my taste, the cuisine has a New Orleans bias. We enjoy coming before sunset to enjoy the beautiful garden. The staff are exceptionally well trained and Sofia is a superb mixologist. I'll be coming back for more!

Amazing food, and service in a picturesque setting. Lobster appetizer is delicious, and the rack of lamb is the best I've had in Florida. Great wine list, and terrific prices for a restaurant, great value. We can't wait for our next visit to Roessler's.

Our meal and our service were so very good. We were introducing 2 new definite customers to your establishment. They loved as we do the service and of course the food . (super good)

This place has a great vibe but it is out of the way. The food was good- however, the lobster bisque was a bit too salty and there were no lobster chunks in it which surprised me since this restaurant has a well-known chef. That was a problem. The duck was good but there was not enough sauce so it was dry. I took most of it home and added my own sauce which made for a fabulous leftover. The service was excellent and I liked the ambiance. It was a great 65th birthday party.
