Subway - Saranac Lake

Food is fine. Just waited 30.min in line. I understand ur short staffed but 2 people should be able to make em faster. Either way. Keep up the good work just TRY harder

Ordered subs through their app. Both subs made wrong. They said they would send some free vouchers. We never received them.

Working near them has perks, great friendly service, short staffed unfortunately but they do their best. Timely and mobile orders available.

The bun was so dry it was falling apart but that may have been the best part of that sandwich. Ordered a combo not sure what kind of nasty mystery meat that was? Bologna? IDK, it doesn't matter, at least the overpowering nasty taste distracted from the wilted lettuce and tasteless tomato

I walked in at 6:15 PM, they close at 7 PM. But the service was still fabulous and not rushed. I do not know the name of the woman behind the counter who took my order and made my sub but she was friendly and knowledgeable and she makes a terrific sub. It’s part of a mobile mini mart so you may not see it from the road but it’s worth a stop if you’re hungry
