Bidra med feedbackI rented a chalet for a week in this small village and ended up eating here most nights. Very friendly hosts serving traditional Swiss food, I made some great local friends there. Try the Positivo red wine for dinner and lunch on the patio for amazing views!
After a few years of absentness we were back there and were immediately recognized by the chefin and warmly welcomed.A small restaurant that is too many capable.
The only small restaurant bar of the village open in mountain out very frequented by its inhabitants, friendly welcome, simple restoration: salads, cheese tarts, various meats
The service was extremely unfriendly, the frappé had no taste. as mineral water, the water of the hen has been tabled and calculated.
As a family we have been coming from Germany into this corner of Switzerland for years and look forward to our occasional afternoon coffees and dinners in the Riederstübli. the cordon bleu by christian fux with its particularly juicy cheese is the best we have ever eaten and from equally good quality throughout the whole time of our annual visit. for my daughter, it's derecote every time. the menu is manageable, but fine and everything is freshly prepared. Of course, there are many of the popular walliser specialties and also seasonal specialties. In the afternoon try: sunjas in each case freshly baked cakes. with beautiful weather the beautiful view on the terrace invites you to stay for a long time. a little misleading for outside visitors is the assignment of gasenried (where the riederstübli is) to st. niklaus. gasenried is far above on the slope height at about the same height as grächen and a calm walk from about 30 to 40 minutes from grächen. with the car are the 10 minutes. but: try out the hike and return here!
