Stone Cross Balti House - Sandwell

Waited over 2.5 hours for delivery after it said it would take an hour. I ordered fried rice, but was supplied boiled rice, curry was cold and one of the sauces was licked in the bag. the type that answered the phone was very rude and. not very helpful at all. will never be ordered from here again!

So I ordered by eating. 18:10. not delivered until 20:10 so that I check the app to find that obviously the food was delivered when it did not. called the restaurant 28 times without answer. I understand if something happened, but they can say... they had to cancel. Instead they put the order as delivered and only had to eat to make them aware that it was not delivered incase money was taken!

Ordering murmel panner coriander naan veg biryani papadoms for collection. that's my first time. the restaurant is empty and no personal on the loading floor. eating is the worst food I tasted in a few years. no murmel in murmel panner they made that with chic bäsen...n their taste less n not properly cooked. coriander naan is so dry n not soft whatsoever. biryani smells and fount haare in it. papadome have not fried properly. no taste no hygiene and never seen murmel panner make with chick bäse lol wasted £14. becos cant eat that food similar ordered from an Indian restaurant to this place and that eating is 100% better compared to stonecross masala restaurant

We ordered a lot of dressed and pompadomen. the food was hotly picked and delivered before the quoted delivery time by a very nice driver. all the dishes were beautifully the best I tasted in the old. which also impressed me was that...he said that they had noticed that we had not ordered rice or naan, so that they had one for us (beautiful and fresh) only for the case that it had been a clear view of our part. I was very impressed by the one for customer support and the extra mile. I would definitely order from here again, and highly recommend eating.

Sadly disappointed! ! Used to be fab but not so good anymore. Long wait , cold watery food . On the plus side the delivery man was apologetic and friendly.
