The service at this restaurant was very quick and the food was amazing. The dishes were made with fresh ingredients and were delicious. The staff was friendly and the portions were generous. They offer a wide variety of drinks, including cocktails and milkshakes. The seating was clean and comfortable. The prices were reasonable and the location was convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back for another meal. However, we both got sick shortly after eating there and had to spend some time in the restroom. Despite this unfortunate incident, the food and service were still top-notch.

Wow! we stumbled on this little gem and decided to give it an attempt, after reading all reviews. I can honestly say that if they want a taste of true American French deep South Sea food, that is the place! we talked with our amazing waitress, which was also the owner and she was so beautiful. the food was not only delicious and flawless, but also hot and so freshly stuffed! oh, and the cocktails are also fab! we can not wait to go back! update: we visited again 2 days later and had different dishes that were as delicious as those we had on the first visit. Moreover, we were incredibly touched by the owners! many thanks.

Some good dishes, but room for improvement. burger was overcrowded and hard and chewing. buffalo wing needed dredging in buffalo sauce, were strangely dry, with the hot sose woven into the broken swirl rings were excellent crispy, well seasoned, fresh sweet swirl waffel and hawn needed more spicy, waffel didn't taste awfully fresh shrimp battery brote away fries well boiled, well seasoned. milkshakes were supposed to be amazing, so my friends!

An absolute pleasure to eat there! Greg our waiter was amazing and his suggestions for food were the best. If you are in York you have to try it!!!

My friends and I came here back in March and it was wonderful! Sadly it doesn't get the same praise this time around. It wasn't terrible, but it was only okay. The atmosphere was very flat but the place was extremely noisy. We were given a table right in the middle of the room, and were surrounded by loud groups of people who were clearly out for Saturday night drinking, which is completely fine, but made it impossible for my partner and I to hold a conversation. We ordered drinks, my cocktail was missed and I didn't get it until the food came, they did apologise and I suppose it isn't a huge deal but it was slightly annoying. I had blackened cajun fish, and it was nice, but not amazing. My partner had steak, which he loved! Huge compliments to the chef. I had key lime pie which I hadn't had before and it was delicious, my partner had smores waffle, which he said was amazing. Overall the place was good. Maybe I was just having a bad night, or I'm getting old! But it was too noisy for my liking
