5 stars! If we could give more we would..amazing!! Food was prepared perfect...Ceviche is the best we have had in Central America..grilled octopus is incredible...vision of the owner is fabulous with rotating artwork and music nights..the owner is knowledgeable about her country and very friendly and gave us great advice...forever in our memory. Found this place today because by a good reason to be found. Wonderful small restaurant with happy feelings and cozy environment. Off the sight of busy streets! Unique in escazu. And on top of all amazing fresh and full of flavor ceviches 100% !!!

I can't even begin to tell you why this is my favorite place in the world to eat the most amazing ceviche! So many variations, fresh, delicious, food art, an amazing and gracious Chef... I really could go on but you must check this place for yourself! #justlove

Excellent food!. Very creative dishes. The service was superb and they attended to all of our needs.. I highly recommend Madfish if you are looking for something different and new.
