Cafe Mundo - San Rafael Abajo

The complimentary olive bread was great! Tried the house sangria, everyone in my party enjoyed it. For dinner I had the penne pasta with shrimp. It was pretty good, but my stomach hurt a little bit after dinner.

Great place, in the most beautiful opposite of san jose, and great eating. Go!

The service is not really friendly. The food was ok. Not bad but not the best. A friend wanted a latte after food and they go like no, after 7 the machine is off. We'll turn it on again then!!! But i guess customer service is dead. I dunno. Go on your own risk

Ambient relaxed stylish family restaurant with choice of indoor and outdoor seating and beautiful tiled tables. Extremely friendly and quick service and large choice available from their menu and chilled out music in the background creates a welcoming atmosphere. Found the mint lemonade and fruit punch extremely refreshing. The food was ok, portions were huge and generous. The patacones and tempura were interesting to try. The grilled chicken sandwich was decent and came with a side salad and fries and very filling.

This restaurant is a great place for dinner, offering a diverse menu with delicious and authentic options. The scampi chicken breast dish was particularly fantastic!
