Bidra med feedbackThe food is excellent but pricey. Better furniture and cutlery will be appreciated
Carlos was our waiter and he was an angel, such a cheerful and bright personality on what had been a long tiring day of hiking. He recommended choripan (sausage on a bun) and it was a perfect lunch, very tasty and not heavy. I also got the flan de la casa (tres leches) and it was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Plus the view was spectacular and prices were very reasonable.
Greatful place in the countryside, but near from San José. Meat specialities
Canopy La Carpintera. Close to the City, very inexpensive, the staff is great. All worth it.
The restaurant looks old, service is more or less fine, we called in advance to make a reservation and they clearly told us that there were no need to make one, once we arrive the same guy from the phone received us and told us that we should have made a reservation... In a very rude way! They accommodaded us in the end, but we were feeling like intruders and that they wanted us to finish quickly, so unsatisfactory. In regards the food, another disappointment, no worth it the price, so overpriced. The restaurant is NOT recommended.
