Denny's - San Marcos

I've been to a lot of Dennys restaurants all over California, and I have to say this is by far the best one. my favorite . I live in escondido and have one here in town. but i drive to San marcos the waiters manager awesome. Love this place.... you could say i'm a regular .....best coffee I ever had.

Went there for my free grand slam for my birthday, yesterday. The food was delicious and hot. The server was attentive, but not a pest. Love the menu. Bacon and cheddar tator tots were delicious!!! Will definitely visit again soon!

I had a great experience here! Their beyond burger was delicious and their seasoned fries are super yummy! My brother had some pancakes, potatoes and eggs, which he said were very tasty! What also impressed me, was that we came in around 40 minutes til closing and they were so kind, warm and the food was prepared very fast! It was delicious and I had such an amazing dinner. I'm so grateful that they were so sweet even though we were eating close to closing, which I know can be very annoying: but they were so helpful and conscious! I highly recommend coming here if you're in the area! Thank you to all the incredible staff, you guys are unforgettable

Great food, perfectly cooked Wish my state had a Denny's this good! Highly recommend! We will be back! Normally hash browns are hard and burned, not here. The tea and coffee were fresh (and not burned). The pancakes and omelets filled the plates edge to edge super yummy, too! Besides the great food and the kind staff, the place is clean! The window sills are spotless and the table/chair/booth was even super clean with no stickiness anywhere even the menus were clean!

We came today and we did t have to wait. Me and my daughter sat down and ordered coffee and hot chocolate. We both had breakfast meals and all the food was so delicious. Our waitress Stacey was so nice and helpful I’ve been coming here since I was young so it’s nice to bring my daughter here and tell her stories about my younger life. Definitely recommend this place
