Death by Tequila Carmel Valley

The chips and salsa sampler is delicious if you like trying different salsas. This was probably my favorite thing on their menu. It comes with four different types of salsa one is sweet and spicy (my favorite). Drinks were good. My paloma was refreshing and tasty. They had live music and overall it was a great atmosphere.

The service we received at Death by Tequila in Carmel Valley was superb! We had a large group of executives coming and were in need of organizing a corporate dinner in a small window of time. I called multiple businesses that continuously told me all the ways they COULDN'T help me- until I contacted Death by Tequila. They were not only accommodating on the fly, but went above and beyond to ensure that our team was taken care of with timely, efficient, and friendly service.

It was my first time stopping by I was doing arts and crafts before I came in and accidentally super glued my hand to their counter top. Over the course of the night I ordered many shots, would take a sip and wait for the staff to look away as I gradually dissolved the superglue with mezcal tequila shots. Although I was literally stuck inside the bar, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. After a few hours, my hand was finally freed of the

Death by Tequila is a great spot to sit outside, get some sun, and enjoy great drinks with really good food. Whenever I stop in for happy hour with friends, there are always tables, we never get rushed out, and always are happy with the great service. The variety of margaritas are fantastic and flavorful. It's certainly one of my favorite spots for happy hour. Parking is plentiful in this shopping complex.

Fantastic food, fantastic atmosphere. One of the few places you can get fancy Mexican food where the ingredients are great quality. I wish more places offered Baja Caifornia styled food like this. Every type of cocktail I've tried here has been wonderful. Mike is a king and it's always such a treat to see him.
