The receptionist was very helpful lovely and bubbly nothing was too much. the rooms are nice, clean and spacious. the restaurant was set out with covid limits masks have to be worn all times unless your eating or drinking which is good. the meals are lovely. cant rate this hotel enough

Ruined my nan’s 89th birthday with her family by having no record of the booking we made over two weeks ago. Won’t be recommending booking here any time soon.

Tonight was my Nan’s 89th birthday and we booked 6 tables 2weeks ago for the special occasion... On arrival we are told we haven’t got a reservation! Very disappointed and the customer service was appalling by the staff on the door. How this hotel organises weddings when they can’t even book a family in for dinner is Beyond me!
