Called in lunch time yesterday with two friends before our visit to the cathedral. good food and wonderful ale.
Sadly the food was barely warm, let alone hot, the green beans were like bullets. The pub itself is lovely we thought we’d found a winner but nowhere seems to be able to do a decent roast anymore!
Had Fish and Chips and enjoyed watching Wales beat France. Enjoyed the food, atmosphere and service.
Nice atmosphere. Staff are good Very enjoyable ????
