Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Salina

This Popeyes location was a disappointment from the moment we walked in. The cashier seemed to be in a daze, our online order was still messed up, and the grease needed changing. The chicken was just okay, not up to Popeyes usual awesome standards. The dining area was dirty, despite there only being a few occupied tables. They were low on certain chicken options and offered questionable substitutions. The cole slaw tasted off and the biscuits were overly greasy. Our concerns were brushed off by the uninterested staff, who seemed out of it. Many customers left without ordering due to the slow service. Overall, this Popeyes franchise failed to meet expectations. My advice would be to avoid this location.

I drove up to the drive-thru and was asked to wait for a minute, which turned into 7 minutes with still no service. I eventually drove off, feeling frustrated. Despite loving the food at this restaurant, I have experienced issues every time I have visited. I give the food a 5 out of 5 rating.

There is no reason for this terrible restaurant to be open every day. I waited a full hour just to receive the incorrect order. If you are able to charge $15 for a sandwich, then you should be able to hire enough staff to keep up with demand. The food quality is a 1 out of 5.

This was my first time eating Popeyes. We paid over $30 for 2 pieces of chicken, coleslaw, and fries. The biscuits and chicken were dry. I wanted a grilled chicken sandwich, but they were out of buns. Ummm?? We will not go back. Based on food quality and price, we will not go back.Food: 1/5

Very happy with my service. When traveling you want good service when you stop to get food or gas up.Parking: Gasoline right next door.
