Hickory Hut Bbq - Salina

This is the BEST brisket Ive ever tasted!! Smells amazing taste amazing highly recommend!!!! This was my first time here in the state of kansas and they left a great impression!!!!

Food is good, I ordered the ribs and brisket but I think I got brisket and burnt ends. Both are pr good.

Such a great choice to stop on our trip! while we were on the way from kansas city to colorado springs we have starving around salina and saw a good place.

She stayed here after they drove over the state. we were on the road for a few weeks and hadn't traveled all the way. we are from Texas and appreciate.

Worth water! it was Friday night on the way through, but it was so delicious that it didn't matter to me! I called my order and waited.
