Bertucci's Italian - Salem

I wanted to eat and go. After 25 minutes waiting time we finally got water. we were there an hour and the place wasn't even busy! it was ridiculous!

We had a confirmed reservation. When we arrived, they told us that they never got it because their system is down, but that they could prep one table and we sit in 15-20 minutes. we waited and waited regularly to see if our table was fresh and was sure it would not be much longer. after an hour someone finally waits for a stack menu. we hopefully looked at them and she said: “No, do not you define.” at this point we decided to look for other alternatives. not just for a big party on a Saturday night. an extremely frustrating experience made more frustrating by the casual indifference of the staff.

I have never sat since there was no hostess to acknowledge me. I will not return.

This restaurant should be removed from OpenTable. Our reservation was basically ignored as there was no staff to serve customers. The place was nearly empty and had a bad smell. Recommend they get a new manager or shut down.

We were seated fairly soon after we arrived and around our reservation time, even though there was a line. Our server was amazing! Jovial, quick, and everything served with a smile. We remarked how there were only a few servers, but she still did everything with a smile. The food came out quickly and according to how we ordered. Great experience at Bertucci's!!!
