Bidra med feedbackWaiter, wine expert could not ask for more, entrees of scallops smoked salmon duck excellent. Main course of Cod a big disappointment, was not hot from the kitchen, would expect a restaurant of this calibrer to be so much better, a bucket of cold water on otherwise perfect experience.
We had dinner at the resort and had a beautiful view of the lake. The staff was attentive and interested and willing to help us decide on meals. We had the rack of lamb and blackened cod; both were cooked to perfection. Desserts were so incredible, we couldn’t narrow it down, so we ordered 3 desserts blueberry 3 ways, passion fruit macaron and gelee, and crème brûlée… all were outstanding!! Do NOT miss out on the opportunity to dine at this restaurant!!
Located in a forest next to a beautiful lake, the highlight of this resort is undoubtedly its amazing restaurant. Felix and Mary were outstanding hosts, offering excellent dining recommendations and providing discreet attention to our needs. The table d'hôte menu was a great value, and we enjoyed it so much that we dined there twice during our stay. The beef ribs were huge but tender, the carpaccio was made with beets instead of beef, and the braised lamb shank was delicious. The pistachio cake was the best we've ever had, and all the other desserts we tried were superb. The beef tartare amuse bouche was mouthwatering and exquisite. Whether you are in the area or skiing at Mt Tremblant or other ski resorts in northern Quebec, it is definitely worth making a trip to dine here. We saved our last night to return and spoil ourselves once again, and we were not disappointed. We will definitely be back!
We are a family of from NYC came to stay at the resort for winter-fun activities. While staying we decided to try the on-site restaurant. The staff, the food and presentation were amazing. Great choices of main course and deserts. Will definitely recommend.
Thankful for the staff of the restaurant for their excellent customer service. Grateful to chef Olivier which I wish we’ve met to give our face-to-face gratitude for the delicious table d'hôte that he put together. We opted for the smoked salmon, beef tartar and 5-spice duck breast for appetizers, main course of filet mignon tenderloin for all 4 of us, and fluffy oreo cheesecake and raspberry multi-layered chocolate to die for cake desserts. Do not miss the opportunity to try this restaurant when you’re in the area of Saint-Hippolyte. You will want to be writing your own review afterwards. Do not keep it a secret. Shoutout to Felix, Isabelle, Marie and the others. Merci.
