The wait times on weeknights and evenings are terrible, and the food quality is poor. This McDonald's is the worst in the region, with the St-Sauveur location not far behind.
It took more than 20 minutes to receive 4 small drinks.
Big Mac's were lukewarm and fries were cold. Screaming kids
One of the most disgusting looking McDonald’s, and I’m from Ottawa and have been to the one on Rideau.Upon walking into the lower area, one may have thought it’d been forgotten about and not cleaned, but the rest of it looked as dingy and dirty as the lower eating area.Not to mention two family members being sick hours later.
