They do not wear gloves nor a hairnet while preparing the food their hair hangs over the food as they prepare it its very disgusting the FDA should be notified someone could get sick.
They use good flour and the dough is delicious.The onions and peppers on the plate also look like they're being grilled casually but deliciously. The cooking time should be different, but both are exquisite. Are the onions preheated?Although it is a cheap chain store, the quality is high.
