Bidra med feedbackI have been visiting this restaurant twice a day for the past month and I am sorry to say that the service is quite horrible. I have decided to switch to McDonald's from now on. The wait time in the drive-thru is unacceptable, sometimes up to 20 minutes with only 5 cars ahead. The coffee is almost never made correctly and the worst part is the employees. They have a very unfriendly tone on the speaker, do not allow you to speak, and sound angry, which can be quite irritating. This happens 9 times out of 10. Thankfully, there are a couple of really nice ladies at the window. I was hoping things would improve because I love my Tim Hortons, but unfortunately, it seems to be getting worse.
I got a sausage mcmuffin and a hash brown there this morning at 610 am thinking it would be fresh and hot but NO it was barley warm and dry SERVING GARBAGE
I come to this Tim Hortons for lunch for school and each time i see students waiting for their food during their entire lunch break and even sometimes after, even while nobody is in the drive thru. they have horrible customer service here, and even miscook their food. I came here today to order a peach drink and ended up with a fruit fly in my drink.My sister and I were ordering food one day but I was ordering something different and we made a mistake. Another worker walked past the cashier and said “i get you sister” and the cashier, without even trying to whisper said “kids” with a rude tone. another time I ordered a plain farmers wrap and ended up with burnt bread after waiting 15 minutes for my order. i went to return it and waited 10 minutes to get my new wrap.their service here is absolutely horrible and slow. -0/10
Extremely chaotic and disorganized. The person taking orders seemed more focused on talking to a couple of girls during a busy lunch rush. The rest of the staff ignored customers. One cash register was closed, even though there were people waiting in line with no one attending to them. One staff member approached the register, printed something out, and left without acknowledging the customers. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
There was only 3 people working plus the baker and 2 were in drivethru. Service was slow and I had to wait for the new speciality apple fritter to come out and personally the normal apple fritter is better.
