Roccos Cucina - Hillsborough

Really not sure what?s better the food or the owner and his staff? This restaurant is a little gem situated in the small community of Hillsborough. It is so good that I?m sure they would do well in a big city where there is lots of competition. I?ve eaten in Italy and this was as good or better than any others I?ve been to. I liked the fact that almost all ingredients are locally sourced and the family atmosphere makes you feel at home. Looking for a great place to eat this is it! Reservations are recommended ????

Nice little Italian place in Hillsborough, food was delicious and the service was excellent. I'm not sure how I've missed this place in the past, but I'll definitely be coming back. I highly recommend the Nadia pizza, chicken pesto with sun-dried tomatoes and artichoke hearts.

Best pizza I've eaten since before COVID. Fantastic pull on the fior de latte cheese on the Margherita, and the crust has a beautiful bite to it. Nice char on the crust too!

Wow! This place has amazing food, authentic Italian dishes. Heads up! : call ahead to see about reservations!! Well worth the drive from Moncton and surrounding areas to eat here.

We arrived at Rocco's for our first time and were asked if we had reservations, which we did not, the server sat us regarldless and tols us for future visits that a reaervation ks preferrable. And a reservation we shall make!! Just the smell from waiting for our food had us in absolute drools. And then our food got to us and wow!! The presentation was fantastic, very good portions, and it was absolutely delicious. We both had the chicken parm and I highly recommend it! We will absolutely be back for more, with reservations this time! What a gem this place is ????
