Carvers Steaks Chops - S San Diego

Excellent food and service. We had open face prime rib sandwich, tomato basil soup (a bit on a salty side), spinach salad with tenderloin tips (u will love it if you love tender juicy meat) and an impressive chicken cordon bleu with au gratin potatoes.

I do not recommend Carvers for those who are gluten sensitive or intolerant. They do have a gluten free menu but steaks must be ordered without seasoning. I ordered this way and it came with a big swipe of seasoning on the plate

Carver's is the best. I had the Chicago Rib Eye, absolutely perfect. Their Clam Chowder continues to be my all-time favorite.

Yeah. Called me 45 min before my reservation and canceled it. I was literally on the road with visiting family and ruined the night.
