Bidra med feedbackChef Francois Pelletier 's menu was amazing! Each course was beautiful, delicious and creative. A true pleasure for every sense and very plentiful. 4 main courses and I lost how many other funny things. It's really worth it, his Michelin Star!
A nicest room with well-equipped tables. No A/C was so warm as the outside temperature was 30c and a very old building would be difficult to improve ventilation. Not a very big choice, but something for everyone. A good wine list. We enjoyed our dinner very much
Nice meal in our first night at Abbeye. Friendly staff, the cook moves from table to table, table, explain the menu and take orders. A choice between a four-course and an eight-course menu, although the portions were sufficiently manageable that even an eight-course menu was good. The wine pairings were good, but not spectacular. Amuse Bouche and smaller fillers between courses added additional surprises. A strong feeling that the ingredients were very fresh added to the overall experience.
Classic haute cuisine. Impeccable service attentive but not intrusive. Good choice of dishes using local Ingredients.
