Bidra med feedbackCan't get simple online orders correct. Ordered 4 burrito bowls, and they mixed all of the orders up, wrong meat in bowls with the wrong fixings. This Chipotle has been garbage for awhile, but we kept giving it a chance. Not anymore. I'll go to Qdoba or make the drive to Taco Love from now on.
One star because giving this location plenty of chances, this was an in app order and it populates on their screen in there what each individual bowl or item has in it (since you build your meal) Go in, it 's busy (per usual) and grab the food. Make sure that all our bowls and chips are there and leave, get it home and open everything up to dig in to find that two complete bowls are mixed up, or swapped. Now chipotle isn 't something that you can just painstakingly pick through everything and fix it without it becoming cold or just too damn frustrating to deal with. My thing is, how? You make these bowls individually and piece by piece, so how do you mix two completely different ones up? Chipotle customer service wasn 't very helpful as the bot pepper doesn 't let you talk to a human. Instead of getting my $25 back for the bowls I now have two free entree coupons that will just expire. This ain 't an airport so really no need to announce my departure or anything, but this was the last trip I 'll make to this location because we have tried various times with this location but it 's tiring wasting money.

With the portion size fiasco going on, you see more of the manager nowadays hovering over the line. Hostile work environment if you ask me.
Super dirty and chaotic inside. Online order never made and they can’t cancel it. Don’t waste your time.
