Preordered by open table and showed up to the restaurant only to say that the kitchen was closed and it was not open for brunch. total waste of time

Unfortunately I went to a day when the menu was limited. a kind of wish opentable would alert them if that happened it is crazy.

Next week forever. only notified employees who are finished with it. everything was from the usual high standard. sad to see that one of my favorites go.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this hotel. The staff are unfriendly and cold, and should not be in the hospitality industry.
