The hotel is very clean, breakfast is delicious we had a lot of options, location is very good, friendly staff. Fantastic!

Our experience at the restaurant started off on a rough note with aggressive valet attendants who almost hit our companion's car and were not very friendly or apologetic. Checking in was relatively easy and our room was on the 9th floor. The room was simple and serviceable, with only cable TV available (no Netflix option). The bathroom was nice, but we had trouble with the toilet flushing both nights of our stay. When we asked to switch rooms on the second night, we were told the hotel was full. However, we did receive free breakfast with our stay, while others had to pay $34 per person. Valet parking was $40 per night. The hotel was in a semi-central location, with all of our Uber rides being a short 15-minute drive away. We visited Winwood and Little Havana during our stay. Overall, it seemed like most of the front desk employees were from Spain, though we did not confirm this.

Location was awesome, it was so close to the bay area and many good restaurants at walking distance.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this hotel. The staff are unfriendly and cold, and should not be in the hospitality industry.
