Starbucks - Rockwall

I go starbuck and some order chai latte than she is very rude behavior and criticism and right way another customer came she gave him coffee because his same raise and i can't believe in starbuck this behavior

Very rude don’t came to register ask me thousands feet to take my order when am asked her to take my order she make a lot of dramas very bad staff here and very bad service ????

The worker Melissa does not provide good service, she is bad and does things wrong. I don't recommend this

My coffee was made exactly as I had ordered it but the cost seemed more than usual. The difficult part was that the person who was waiting on me was being trained. So it made it take a long time to get the order straight. And it also made me question if that was why I was charged more. Was lack of knowledge on the trainees part. This was the first Starbucks that I have been in that was part of a quick stop store. They had a small space and I'm sure they were doing the best with it. They could. Would probably be easier to keep clean if they weren't so many people tracking through.

The GM Melissa was very hospitable and very nice...and the drinks were amazing..very friendly atmosphere..this is the only Starbucks I will go to from now on..real talk..I recommend everything..
