Standard Service - Rockwall

Just an okay experience. Cute location and ambiance and nice overall atmosphere; with adult and kid friendly indoor and outdoor dining options. The Hostess, Server and Bartenders in our experience were polite for the most part. Service however was slow, water orders were delivered about 20 minutes after requesting, food took even longer. Our food was just okay, not very flavorful and not memorable. Prices are average for the area, I guess. We heard from other guests at a nearby that the Brunch is better than Dinner. Not sure honestly if we would return to try.

We went last night for my sisters birthday. Food was great, service was extremely slow. Not a big deal about service because we were not in a rush and just wanted to enjoy family time and have some drinks. The problem is that when we left, the servers blamed us and trash talked us to the next customers who took our seats saying we were there way too long (we were there on the patio for about 2 hours) We know because the people that took our table were actually some of our friends. Our tab was over $400 together and the servers got a REALLY good tip. Not once did we complain about the service being slow either, especially with kids who needed to eat. Really disappointing. Do better and be more appreciative of having business.

Tried to have dinner here on a Thursday night, but spent 10 minutes being completely ignored by the server staff and had to walk out. Service: 1
