Starbucks - Rockwall

I was sad to see another chain coffee shop, especially since there were so many Starbucks in ROCKWALL. I am happy to see how this one is built. Great for studying!! Atmosphere is chill. Great options for indoor and outdoor studying. I don’t have to drive out far to find a study coffee shop. Staff are FRIENDLY AND AMAZING.

I always do a mobile order in case the line is long. My drink is always ready and tastes super fresh. Thank you Starbucks!

Incredibly slow service. People ahead of me got their drinks before I did. None of the staff seemed concerned with efficiency at all.

Will NOT go here again. Ordered by mobile and estimated pickup time was 9:23. When I arrived at at that time, my breakfast item was sitting on the counter with no drink. I did not receive my drink until until 9:43, literally watching everyone who arrived at the counter and ordered when they got there get their order first. I even saw the guy shuffle the incoming mobile tickets around and do later ones first or make drinks for customers who were in a hurry first. By the time my drink was given to me, my breakfast was cold. Bad experience!

Caramel ribbon crunch is my favorite right now and the lady at the window was so sweet
