Initiative Brewing - Redmond

My sister and I enjoyed a delicious meal at the restaurant. I ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp bowl, while my sister had the gluten free tacos. We also shared a plate of fries. To complement our meal, we each had two gluten free beers. The food was really good.

The excessive salt on the chips detracted from the overall dining experience. This review is focused solely on the salt content.

The service and menu accuracy at this restaurant are not up to par. Although the food can be tasty when the order is prepared correctly, many times my order has been wrong or incomplete. I have received dishes with key ingredients missing or without any side dishes. It would be nice if they paid more attention to the quality of service and food, as the flavors are good when everything is as it should be. Overall, I have been disappointed with my experiences here and likely won't be giving them another chance. Additionally, the prices are not cheap.

This place is GREAT! Ambiance, art work, merchandise, food and of course the beer! Cocktails get an enthusiastic thumbs up from our crew. Street tacos and Korean shrimp skewers were excellent. We’ll worth the stop. Service was top notch!
