Bidra med feedbackI was on the subway today afternoon 7/6/22 and I said the dame, I wanted 2 subway they fixed the first roasted when only there I stood her saying I wanted 2. one and she was still there, n she asked me in rude wise, what a brot n what a type of subway she was very rude would not go back to this subway.
My mother needed to go shopping. So I bought a 6 inch 9 grain turkey/with American cheese meal deal. Anyways. The cheese was sour. He did offer me a new sandwich. No cheese. It was the cheese.
I went in for a online order and they threw out my receipt because they didn't know how to make the sandwiches I ordered. I had to tell them how to do their job and proceeded to burn my sandwich and under cook the other Sandwich. They almost set the place on fire and they were both new and had no management. They didn't even know how to give me a refund. The food was not fresh at all and It is the worst subway I have ever been too and has tainted subway for me forever...

I am genuinely at a loss for words. We placed an online order for two simple sandwiches, two cookie orders, and drinks. However, when we went to pick it up, the staff mistakenly discarded our order receipt, leaving us unable to verify our order. To make matters worse, we never received our cookies, even though we were charged for them. During our visit, the employees nearly caused a fire by dropping the sandwiches in the oven, and they still managed to mess up our order. The management of this place really needs to reassess the situation; it would be beneficial to have a manager on duty instead of relying on two inexperienced employees who seemed more concerned with getting high than actually doing their jobs.
