Pistachio Pie Bakery - Rapid City

All of the bakery items are amazing! I have never had good Macaroons before but decided to get the cookies and cream and mocha one? so good!! So much variety!! <3

Absolutely loved the cheesecake?s. Tried the vanilla bean and pumpkin and I honestly couldn?t decide which one I loved more. My friend got a mini pistachio pie which I don?t tend to be a fan of. The lady helping us choose told me they did things a littledifferent than most. Needless to say, I will be going back exclusively for that pistachio pie. It was beautiful and just sooogood. Can?t wait to try other menu items!

I've had 6 different flavors of macaroons and they were all great.

Super cute little bakery. We got some macaroons, a couple ugly duckling macaroons(half price), a lemon bar, cupcake, and a mini pistachio pie. Everything was excellent and we will be going back!! Can 't wait to try the beignets next time!

I bought some cannoli yesterday and they were really good. They had a strawberry and mascarpone filling with chocolate chips. The macaroons are always great. In the past I have bought their tiramisu which is made with real mascarpone cheese and theiropera cake which is also the real deal. It's hard to find authentic french style pastries in the area.
