Arby's - Rapid City

One of me is going to find out if I want good fat food. he kept the call alive and well

I try giving this location a chance every few months. Night shift is consistent, but before 3pm the day shift consistently makes mistakes. Partially on me but I don’t always sift through every bag after waiting in line for 27 minutes. This time after asking for sauce twice, my order was short a sandwich and missing sauce. Just a sloppy disorganized location.

They really need to invest in a way to make a proper Reuben sandwich. I always have to fry mine up when I get home. They do always give me extra 1000 island dressing and that makes the sandwich.

That man at the drive-thru should be fired! He is extremely rude! Very Nasty man. We will never go back! I would give you a big fat ZERO if I could.

I like Arby's food but this visit their coke was way too sweet. Had more syrup than anything. Also had to wait in drive thru much longer than should have had to for only three cars in front of me, one got tired of waiting and drove off.
