Papa Johns Pizza - Randallstown

Cashier did well with order, pizza cheese was not melted all the way, pizza was good as far as flavor full and cheese bread crust was nice. Next time make sure cheese is melted fully on pizza. Makes a world of difference !! Would go back in another year.

This place deserves no stars at all. People be careful when you order from this places. Today a order a large pizza from this place and when it got delivered the pizza was uncooked so I call the store and spoke to the manager and the only explanation she had, was that she was sorry and she couldn’t do anything. How you gonna eat a pizza uncooked. 30 dollars just got stolen from papa John’s

Ordered online, arrived, not ready! 45 minutes later find out the pizza just went in yet every 10 minutes they were saying coming out!! They are terrible!!!

This was my 2nd time visiting this location. Our usual pizza spot is under new management and the quality has changed so we thought to try a new location, something closer to home. I must say, we all really enjoyed the pizza and dessert. We will definitely be back. My only dislike is the curbside pickup online option. I tried it out the 1st time we came here and there was no designated location for this so if there is more than 1 car similar to yours, your food could be taken. My luck, it was just me. I think a designated space with #s or something identifiable to staff would make this feature work really well.
