Bidra med feedbackI placed my order online at 6:33 pm. It was supposed to be ready between 7:00 and 7:10 pm. I didn 't get my pizza until 7:37 pm (pickup because they don 't deliver to my area). As I waited. There were 2-3 employees standing around, 1 employee sweeping thefloor, and 3 people making pizzas. There was NO sense of urgency, there was no I 'm sorry for the delay or anything. Theyboxed upour 2 pizzas and it sat on the rack. Finally I got the attention of one of the guys standing around. I said I 'm prettysure that 's my order there. He looked at the ticket (it was supposed to be brought out to my car,so they had the cari for on theticket) he said do you have a black Toyota? I said nom he went int hr parking lot and came back and reread the ticket andrealized he had the wrong vehicle. It was my order and he went back outin the parking lot trying to take it to my car with meinside waiting. Customer service left a lot to be desired. The pizza was excellent when I finally got it, but it was a rottenexperience actually getting to pick up the pizza.
Justin was absolutely awesome this evening! The best customer service I've ever received at this location. The previous female manager was rude and very disrespectful to me because her crew messed up my order.
Food is good. You are better off doing pick up because delivery is a mystery like VA weather. You don’t know when it’s coming or what exactly you will get or not get.
Ordered several pizzas at 2:30pm. By 4pm, pizzas still had not been delivered. Called the store and the manager said they had been delivered. Told him we had been home all day and they weren’t delivered here. I even had my husband double check front/back porches—-no pizza. Then he told me he could have the order remade but it would be at least 90mins. So pizza I ordered at 2:30, I could have maybe by 5:30. I asked if we could get bumped up in line so we could have the order sooner. He said no because it wasn’t his fault. He said “I’m not the delivery driver. I can’t help you didn’t get your pizza.” Ummm…what?! Needless to say, I cancelled the order and asked if I could leave my contact info to have the district manager call me. He said no. I asked for the DM’s contact info and then he tells me that he can’t give it to me because it’s personal information. What? He finally gave me an email address but shocker…it doesn’t work. Terrible attitude and terrible demeanor to have with a customer. We use to order several times a month, sometimes weekly. I’ll never order from them again.
They have a fantastic, dedicated team that seems a bit overwhelmed because of the large neighborhoods nearby. They could likely double the size of their store and staff and still be profitable. If they could deliver just a couple of miles further, they would attract even more customers, and it would definitely fill a long-standing void for me. Honestly, I'd pay a premium just to avoid driving!
