They never have something and screw up their order all the time. I love chili cheeses and they never have it and how in this day and age does wendy not take apple pay? I mean, come on.

Service was just right .. got my food just in time to caught the bus .

What is this? It's supposed to be a chicken grilled sandwich! Nuggets stuck together stale. Mgmt needs to bring back the quality service they had. So sad

The service in this place is insanely gross. I walked in to order lunch and they tried to deny me because the time was 10:29AM. I asked the lady to please just let me order the lunch food as one minute really shouldn’t make much of a difference. I ordered my burgers PLAIN. No vegetables and of course they all came with onions and pickles. On top of that I ordered 3 biggie bags which are supposed to come with a bacon double stack. NO BACON ON ANY OF THE 3 BURGERS. I waited for my food and when I came to grab it the counter was wet and wet the bottom of my bags which is gross. On top of that they only give you small paper bags. No larger bags to hold your food. So either be prepared to hold a lot of bags if you have a big order or bring bags from home. I won’t be visiting this place again there are way better options for fast food on Jamaica avenue. Explains the emptiness of the place.
