I ordered from this place in the load and through the drive-thru. in the inner place is quite dirty, as there are many children who visit after school. there is no one who cleanses the tables and the floor. the service is also slower. on the other side, Drive-Thru is fast and painless.

I like that they actually utilize the separate line for mobile and doordash orders. They actually have someone standing there 8/10 times for it. It's not just there for decoration like the one at the Mcdonalds in College Point.

Me and brothers loved it but my sister is mad because THEY DIDNT GIVE HER CHILI AND NOW SHE IS MAD but the rest was amazing

Used mobile ordering a few times, but there is no way to specify no ice on the app (like McD) and they keep forgetting things like a straw for the drink and a spoon for frosty. They also did not pack napkins with the meal. When eating in, there are no stations that have fountain drinks, condiments, straws, lids, spoons, or napkins so it always forces you to go back to ask the counterstaff for these items. Food is fine. It's Wendy's. Fries are better than BK but worse than McD. The fries also taste good dipped in the frosty.Parking: Free, open space of shopping center

Need to fire that kid working register today. He always gets every single item on order wrong and when i was telling him i ordered large drink showed him on receipt this moron just says i dont know and doesnt give me my **** until i ask 3 4 times. Shouldvr taken a pic but seriously how every single item wrong gave regular chicken not spicy didnt give chili didnt give spicy chili oil i asked for two half filled medium fries not large baconator missing sauce i asked for wrong drink size like just fire these half assed workers and use a kiosk like mcdonalds or fix your damn app so i dont have to deal with morons
